What is Reiki?

Reiki is a stress reduction and relaxation technique that originated in Japan. Reiki focuses the energy of mind and body to provide healing. This flow of energy within the body can heal physical, emotional and spiritual ailments.

What can I expect during a Reiki session?

During session clients will find a comfortable seated or laying position while remaining fully clothed. The practitioner places their hands on or near the client’s body in a pattern of positions. These include positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and feet. The client will receive healing energy from the universe that will work together for their good. The session will never cause harm and most client experience this energy flow as heat or warmth.

What is the cost of your services?

Therapy sessions – $120 (50min)
Breathwork sessions- $150 (60min) and $200 (90min)
Reiki session- $50 (30min) and $100 (60min)

Do you accept insurance?

Not at this time. Happy Soul accepts cash, check or credit cards. Some clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits with their health insurance company. As out-of-network providers, we will assist you with receipts and paperwork necessary for insurance reimbursement.

Are there any side effects to Reiki?

Most people feel calm and relaxed after their session. At times if you request a healing or clearing to release a blockage some clients report having a slight headache or feel mild fatigue. If this happens drinking more water, having a light meal or resting helps.
